For One-Time orders and Subscribe & Save orders under $49 a flat rate of $6.99 will be applied.
Your order will ship within 24 business hours after you place your order. Most orders placed by 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
Standard delivery time is 3-7 calendar days after you place your order, depending on where in the U.S. you are located.
We also offer flat rate expedited shipping for $14.99 via UPS 2 Day.
Shipping Outside the U.S.
For Canada:
- Free shipping on One-Time orders and Subscribe & Save orders over orders over $69 CAD.
- One-Time orders and Subscribe & Save orders under $69 CAD will include a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
- International shipping is currently available to Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout; duties and taxes may apply.
- We've partnered with Passport Global, Inc. together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and / or nominated agents ("Passport") to facilitate the sale and delivery of orders to international markets. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the referenced terms of sale for these markets.
- To create a better delivery experience for you, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to some of our international customers in Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand. By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is less likely to be stopped at customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
- For customers in Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand, prices are VAT inclusive. The total amount you pay includes applicable taxes, duties are assessed at checkout. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
- For DDP shipments, taxes (VAT/GST) are collected at checkout. In most markets, taxes are remitted to the tax authority as part of the customs clearance process. However, some markets require the seller to remit taxes on low-value goods outside of the import process. For these markets, Passport acts as the Seller of Record for importing your low-value consignments / products. Note that by placing an order, you agree to the linked terms of service: European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and Switzerland.
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your goPure Beauty tracking page.
- International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
- If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status. Important: If you place your order through TikTok or Amazon, you need to go through the original selling platform to request a refund by doing the following:
- Go to your order.
- Find the order that needs a refund.
- Click "Refund Request."
- Select the product to be refunded.
- Choose the appropriate reason for the refund.
